The delivery time for ordered products consists of processing time and shipping time, which usually takes about 2 weeks in total. The preparation time varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product page for more details.

Question 6: My order has been shipped but I cannot track it.

The shipping process for products begins from the warehouse. Once the goods arrive at the distribution center, a tracking number will be assigned and the shipment will be processed.
